About Jennifer

Jennifer is your first contact for scheduling a meeting or getting answers to your questions, and her smile is the first one you’ll see when you walk through the door. She also manages the daily operational functions of the office, ensuring that our clients receive prompt assistance with their service needs and an exceptional client experience.

Jennifer is a graduate of Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor of Education in English/History.  She brings years of customer service experience to the team.

Jennifer has lived in Kennewick for nearly 20 years.  Managing a household with her husband and two children keeps her busy most of the time outside of work.  She also likes to vacation with family, walk her dog, and read enlightening books.  She looks forward to seeing both her kids graduate from college and planning some fabulous trips outside of the United States with her husband.
